Welding Positioners

The two-axis U-type welding positioner is an automatic rotating and tilting device used in conjunction with robotic manipulators to adjust the placement posture and position of workpieces. It is a two-axis positioner shaped like the letter U. During robot programming, the control program of the positioner can be imported into the robot control system to realize coordinated motion with the robot, compensate for the robot's flexibility limitations, and improve overall working efficiency.

01 U-shaped opening structure for convenient and efficient loading and unloading

Open U-type gantry layout enables unobstructed side loading and unloading of workpieces, eliminating the need for complex tooling. It saves time and effort in hoisting and feeding large and long workpieces.
02 Dual-axis bidirectional adjustment, full posture coverage

Dual-axis linkage of flipping and slewing enables arbitrary multi-angle positioning of workpieces, allowing quick adjustment of flat welding and positional welding postures to easily adapt to complex weld seams.
03 Integral high-rigidity structure, stable operation under heavy load

The integrated U-shaped frame features balanced stress distribution, excellent torsion and deformation resistance, low vibration during operation, and high positioning accuracy, ensuring superior weld forming quality.
04 Hollow and unobstructed, zero interference in welding

Adopting a hollow and through middle design, it provides ample moving space for welding torches and robotic arms, avoids collision and interference, and is compatible with various automated robot welding production lines.
