Welding Positioners

The three-axis positioner is equipped with three motion axes of rotation, turnover and swing, enabling arbitrary adjustment of the workpiece posture in three-dimensional space and realizing all-position welding in cooperation with robots. Adopting servo drive, the equipment features high positioning accuracy and stable operation. It can convert complex weld seams into the optimal flat welding position, improving welding quality and efficiency. It is suitable for automatic welding of polyhedral and complex workpieces such as vehicle frames, engineering machinery and steel structures.
