The ground rail features convenient control and flexible movement execution, enabling the control of complex spatial trajectories. Controlled by an electrical control cabinet, it allows coordinated motion between the robot and ground rail during operation. There is no need for a separate control cabinet to drive the ground rail, which saves space. It can greatly expand the robot's welding reach, optimize welding postures, and achieve ideal welding results.

01 Infinitely expand the operating range to cover long workpieces and multi-station scenarios

Break through the reach limitation of 6-axis robots. The robot can move freely along a linear track (with a maximum length of up to tens of meters), perfectly adapting to scenarios such as long workpiece welding, large component spraying, and cross-machine tool loading and unloading.

A single robot can move across multiple workstations via the seventh axis, replacing multiple fixed robots. This reduces equipment procurement costs, saves workshop floor space, and enhances production line flexibility.

It adopts gear rack or ball screw transmission combined with servo closed-loop control, with a repetitive positioning accuracy up to ±0.05mm. The high-rigidity frame and guide rail design ensures no jitter during heavy-load and high-speed operation, maintaining stable process quality for welding, handling and other applications.
04 Flexible Installation, Adaptable to Diverse Working Conditions

Floor-mounted, overhead-mounted and side-mounted types (suitable for narrow spaces) can be selected according to the workshop layout. Adopting a modular design, it enables seamless connection and rapid integration with robots.
