Equipment operation process
  • 01

    Connect the main input power supply and gas circuit according to the technical parameter requirements, and install the welding wire

  • 02

    Push the robot to the welding operation area and brake it firmly;

  • 03

    Manually move the robot unit to the workpiece or work surface, and turn on the magnetic switch to fix the robot unit

  • 04

    Turn on the main power switch of the electric control box and wait for the robot to start up (the indicator light at the end is on);

  • 05

    Log in to the welding software on the tablet computer, select the corresponding process template or configure the process parameters yourself;

  • 06

    According to the requirements of the process drawings, drag the robot and use the Smart Tool handle to perform fixed-point programming;

  • 07

    After the fixed-point programming is completed, first run the robot dry to verify its motion trajectory;
