Bodor Laser Machine Bed Dual-Robot Ground Rail Teach-Less Welding System is a high-end intelligent complete welding equipment tailor-made for large long-sized parts and multi-variety non-standard workpieces. The equipment adopts an integrated thickened special bed for laser welding, matched with heavy-duty extended linear ground rails. The overall structure features excellent shock resistance and deformation resistance with extremely high operational stability. There is no body jitter or positioning deviation during long-time heavy-load operation, effectively guaranteeing the basic precision of ultra-long weld seam welding.


Equipped with two multi-axis linkage industrial welding robots and relying on the long-stroke moving capability of the ground rails, the equipment supports multiple operation modes including bilateral symmetrical welding, zoned synchronous welding and long weld seam relay welding. The efficient collaboration of dual robots nearly doubles the working efficiency compared with single-robot welding equipment and greatly shortens the production cycle. It is configured with a high-precision 3D laser vision scanning system embedded with AI intelligent algorithms, truly realizing the advantages of no need for teaching and complicated programming operation. Workpieces do not require precise fixture positioning; they can be placed roughly, and the system can automatically scan and identify weld seam positions, groove shapes and assembly deviations, then independently plan welding trajectories and match the optimal welding process parameters.


During the welding process, the equipment performs real-time dynamic deviation correction and automatically compensates for welding thermal deformation and workpiece assembly errors. It is compatible with multiple welding processes such as TIG welding and MIG welding, delivering aesthetic and defect-free welding formation, high weld seam consistency and minimal welding deformation of workpieces. The complete equipment is easy to operate; ordinary operators can handle product changeover and commissioning without professional welding programming technicians, significantly reducing labor and employment costs. It is widely applicable to the welding production of large-sized components such as steel structure trusses, engineering machinery frames, power tower poles and heavy profiles, meeting production demands for high efficiency, high quality and high flexibility simultaneously.
