DELAMPS Schematic of Collaborative Robot Arc Tracking Process

The DELAMPS collaborative robot is equipped with a professional arc tracking welding process. Relying on oscillating arc sensing technology, it eliminates the need for an external laser vision sensor and intelligently identifies weld seam deviations by collecting real-time welding current and voltage signals.

It enables real-time bidirectional deviation correction for weld seams in both horizontal left-right and vertical up-down directions, automatically compensating for workpiece assembly errors and welding thermal deformation. It is suitable for common working conditions such as fillet joints, lap joints, and V-groove joints.

It features strong resistance to interference from arc light, smoke and spatter. Combined with the collaborative robot's drag teaching and human-machine integration capabilities, it offers simple commissioning, fast model changeover and high tracking accuracy. It is widely applied in flexible welding production for industries including steel structures, construction machinery and agricultural equipment.
