The DELAMPS industrial welding robot is equipped with a linear laser seam tracking system, custom-developed for welding special-shaped curved workpieces such as fan blades and impellers. It adopts linear laser real-time scanning to collect weld contour data, accurately identifying weld positions, assembly gaps and clamping deviations. The system dynamically corrects the robot's welding trajectory, making it well-adapted to complex welding conditions including irregular circumferential seams of impellers and fillet welds at blade roots.
It enables fully automatic continuous and stable welding, making up for insufficient accuracy of manual teaching and welding defects caused by workpiece deformation. The welds are formed with an attractive and uniform appearance, delivering stable and consistent welding quality. Fully automated operation throughout the process reduces manual intervention, improves the production efficiency of impeller welding, lowers defect rates and production costs, and meets the demand for mass precision welding production of fan accessories.
